Service Description
HappyHour is a party games app developed by Happy App Studio. It features games like Truth or Dare, card games, and a Hot mode. Game data is managed locally on your device.
Use of the Application
You agree to use HappyHour in compliance with applicable laws and with respect for other users. Any abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate use is prohibited. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Game Content
HappyHour offers a Hot mode intended for adult audiences. The user is solely responsible for choosing game modes appropriate for their audience. Happy App Studio disclaims any liability for inappropriate use of this content.
Intellectual Property
All content within the application (design, illustrations, text, code) is the exclusive property of Happy App Studio. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
Advertising
HappyHour displays advertisements through Google AdMob. These ads are provided by third parties and may be targeted based on anonymized data. Advertising is an integral part of the free service.
In-App Purchases
HappyHour may offer in-app purchases managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). No payment information is directly collected or stored by Happy App Studio.
Limitation of Liability
HappyHour is provided as is. Happy App Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall Happy App Studio be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application.
Changes to Terms
Happy App Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication within the application.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
